This is an exceptional opportunity for a lettings negotiator with huge scope for progression and the opportunity to take advantage of the company’s competitive, uncapped commission structure. Previous experience is not required for this position, however, you will have gained sales and customer facing experience within a similar industry to be considered.
Key skills:
*Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator preferred but is not essential as our client is willing to consider an exceptional trainee
*ARLA qualification would be advantageous
*Confident and enthusiastic approach to work
*Track record of achieving targets
*Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
*Be comfortable working with multiple departments, fitting into different teams as required.
*Adaptability and a willingness to learn
*Excellent customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence.
This fantastic lettings negotiator opportunity will provide a basic salary of up to £28,100 dependent on experience, plus an on target earnings figure in the region of £42,000.
