Trade the Site for the Workshop: Shape the Next GenerationPosition: Construction Group Tutor (Mansfield/Nottingham)
Package: £27,066 (Pro-rata) | 37.5 Hours | School Holidays Off
After years on the tools, your expertise is worth more than just a finished build-it’s a career’s worth of knowledge that could change a young person’s life. We are looking for an experienced hand to step off the site and into a mentoring role at a college near Nottingham.

*Innovate: Use your years of "tricks of the trade" to make learning practical and engaging.
*Support: Work with a team of professionals to help kids with additional needs find their feet in the construction world.
*Oversee: Manage the workshop environment, ensuring safety and quality remain high.
What We Need From YouYou don’t need a PhD; you need experience and patience.
*The Basics: A Level 1 qualification (or higher) in any trade.
*The Vibe: A calm, mentor-style approach. You’re a role model now.
*The Essentials: A full UK driving licence and the ability to use basic computer programs (we can help you with the Google apps).
