Property Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Hybrid Working: 1 day working from home
Overview
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic property management team within a major UK-backed organisation. As a Property Management Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of residential portfolios, supporting Property Managers and delivering an excellent experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Tenant Support
*Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer service
*Redirect enquiries to the appropriate teams efficiently
*Coordinate and manage resident appointments within agreed timescales
Property Management & Compliance Administration
*Maintain accurate property and tenant records through data entry
*Coordinate inspections, maintenance requests, and repairs
*Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and organise documentation
*Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC, Right to Rent)
*Log, track, and close repairs where required
*Store and archive documents securely
Repairs, Maintenance & Supplier Coordination
*Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange works and confirm access
*Monitor appointment completion and escalate issues where necessary
*Support Property Managers in tracking repair progress
Handover & Onboarding Support
*Assist with onboarding new properties onto internal systems (SLM, Qube, FixFlo)
*Support property handovers and mobilisation processes
Billing, Payments & Administration
*Assist with supplier invoices, payments, and bill management (utilities, council tax, voids)
*Support rent account checks and arrears processes
Internal Collaboration
*Work closely with Property Management, Lettings, Customer Operations, Portfolio, and Finance teams
*Build strong internal relationships across the wider business
Skills & Experience
Must Have
*2+ years’ experience in residential property management
*Strong organisational and multitasking ability
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and emails
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Proactive and able to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
*Experience within property management or lettings
*Familiarity with SLM, FixFlo, or Qube
*Understanding of housing and landlord compliance
