Job Description:
Graduate Administrator
Looking for more than just a first job? This is your chance to start a meaningful career where your work has a real, visible impact on people’s lives.
We’re partnering with an inspiring, purpose-driven charity in Newport that’s transforming communities through innovative social programmes. They’re now looking for a bright, motivated graduate to join their team in a dynamic administrative role with real scope to grow.
Why This Role Stands Out
This isn’t your typical admin job. You’ll be at the heart of a charity that’s making a difference every day, supporting projects that change lives, while building skills that will set you up for a long-term career in the social impact sector.
You’ll gain exposure to project work, stakeholder engagement, and operations, all while being supported by a collaborative and passionate team.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Keeping vital projects running smoothly with day-to-day administrative support
*Coordinating meetings, events, and communications
*Managing data, reports, and internal systems
*Supporting the delivery and tracking of impactful programmes
*Building relationships with partners, funders, and community stakeholders
*Contributing to funding bids and showcasing the charity’s impact
What We’re Looking For
*A recent graduate eager to start a purpose-driven career
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
*Someone proactive, curious, and ready to get stuck in
*Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
What You’ll Get
*Hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing charity
*Clear development opportunities and career progression
*A supportive, values-led team that invests in you
