Job Description:
Project Administrator – Entry Level
Location: Christchurch, BH23
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours)
Hours: Full-time
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Project Administrator role where your customer service skills, confidence on the phone, and positive attitude will be valued and developed. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal move away from shift work into a stable, office-based career.
You’ll work closely with a Project Coordinator and Operations Team, supporting live projects and helping to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Project Coordinator and Operations Team
*Answering incoming calls and emails, acting as a first point of contact
*Using strong customer service skills to handle queries professionally and empathetically
*Updating and maintaining internal records, project files, and documentation
*Supporting with vehicle and storage records
*Assisting with social media updates, including posting photos and updates from live projects
*Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and insurers
*Helping the wider team with general administrative tasks
This role would suit someone who:
*Has experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
*Is confident and happy spending time on the phone
*Has strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
*Is organised, reliable, and keen to learn
*Has basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
