Job Description:
Site Manager - Immediate Start
Location: Wigan WN1 1BN
Pay: £240 per day
Start Date: Wednesday 29th April
Duration: 8 weeks
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work required)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee strip-out and partition works on a busy project in Wigan. This role requires strong on-site coordination skills and the ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing day-to-day site operations
*Overseeing strip-out and partition works
*Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule
*Maintaining site records and reporting progress
*Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures
Requirements
*SMSTS
*First Aid
*Experience with Procore is ideal, but training will be provided
*Proven experience managing similar construction projects
