I’m working with a respected mental health organisation to recruit a Head of Nursing.
This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality, safe and compassionate mental health services across a complex and evolving organisation. We are seeking experienced a senior nurse who has operated successfully at Band 8C level, with a strong track record of professional leadership, clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce development.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to nursing teams, working closely with executive and clinical colleagues to deliver excellent patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Experience within mental health services is essential, alongside credibility, resilience and the ability to lead through change.
