Description
*Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse financial data to support strategic business decisions.
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Oversee variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
*Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
*Collaborate with department heads to monitor and control financial performance.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or Qualified by experience (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
*Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
