The Role Will Involve:*Leading and developing the EYFS provision
*Delivering engaging, creative and child-centred learning experiences
*Supporting and mentoring staff within EYFS
*Working closely with SLT to further enhance the Early Years curriculum
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Have strong experience within EYFS
*Be passionate about early childhood development
*Demonstrate strong leadership or leadership potential
*Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and best practice
*Be committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
