Conveyancing Assistant
Sheffield
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the Sheffield office of a well-established and highly respected regional law firm.
This is an ideal opportunity for a conveyancing professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and wants to continue developing within a structured, people-focused environment.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residential property transactions, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently, accurately and with a high standard of client care. You’ll work closely with experienced conveyancers across the business, contributing to the success of both the team and the wider firm.
About You;
This role will suit you if you have:
*At least 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal
*A strong understanding of compliance requirements within residential conveyancing
*Experience issuing sale contracts and dealing with enquiries, mortgage redemptions and completions
*The ability to communicate confidently with clients, agents and third parties
*Experience using case management systems, the Land Registry portal, SDLT online submission system and lender portals
*A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach
