Job Description:
Simple Recruitment are looking for a Business Support for a temporary opportunity with our client in Bath.
The Job:
To provide a high quality, comprehensive, efficient, and effective business support to individuals and teams to enable them to maximise their delivery and assist the clients in achieving its purpose and objectives. The role will undertake a broad range of complex business support and coordination activities to enable a team to reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
*Lead complex business support and administrative tasks, including data management and process coordination
*Act as main contact for internal and external enquiries, resolving complex and escalated issues effectively
*Oversee financial administration, ensuring accurate records and producing regular reports for management
*Analyse and manage data from multiple sources to produce reports and support decision-making
*Organise meetings and events, handling logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
*Maintain accurate, secure systems and records to support effective service delivery
*Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance business support services
The Salary:
£14.59 per hour
The Hours:
Tuesday to Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
About you:
*A-level (or equivalent) or relevant experience
*Knowledge of complex systems, processes, and procedures
*Strong understanding of supported service area and specialist knowledge
*Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Extensive experience in business support and partnership working
*Strong communication skills for resolving complex issues
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively
