Senior Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: M25 Corridor
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 DOE
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible)
About the Role
A well-established fire and security specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Service, Installation & Commissioning Engineer with a strong bias towards fire systems and project construction work.
The business provides high-quality fire and security solutions across residential and commercial properties throughout London and the Home Counties, with a strong reputation for professionalism, customer service, and technical excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a supportive and growing company with genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of fire alarm systems
*Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems across residential properties
*Working on project-based construction installations
*Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and regulations
*Providing excellent customer service on-site
*Supporting junior engineers where required
*Participating in the call-out rota (1 in 6 weeks)
Systems & Manufacturers
Experience working with systems such as:
*Brevo (and similar fire alarm systems)
Candidate Requirements
*Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
*Strong background in servicing, installation, and commissioning
*Fire-biased engineering experience essential
*Experience working within residential properties
*Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*FIA training desirable
