Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Sheffield on a temporary basis.
About the RoleAs a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met. Your duties will include:
*Supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaning staff
*Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
*Carrying out regular quality checks and site inspections
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
*Training and inducting new members of staff
*Managing rotas, workloads, and addressing any issues promptly
About YouThe ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong eye for detail. You will have:
*Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Excellent communication abilities
*A commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A valid Enhanced DBS certificate
*Registration on the DBS Update Service(essential)
