Service Advisor – Bexhill
£28,000–£30,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE
1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Bexhill.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while earning strong bonus potential.
What’s on offer:
*£28,000–£30,000 basic salary
*Realistic OTE of £35,000
*1 in 3 Saturday mornings
*Supportive team environment
*Stable, busy site with consistent workflow
The role:
*Booking vehicles in for service and repair
*Keeping customers updated throughout the process
*Upselling additional work where appropriate
*Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth job flow
What we’re looking for:
*Previous Service Advisor experience
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Organised and able to work under pressure
*Motor trade experience essential
