Vehicle Technician – Porsche Dealership
£38,000 Basic + £8,000–£15,000 OTE

We’re working with a prestigious Porsche dealership looking to add a talented Vehicle Technician to their high-performing workshop.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premium brand where your skills are genuinely rewarded, with strong earning potential and structured career progression.
What’s on offer:
*£35,000 basic salary (Service Tech level)
*Diagnostic Technicians earning £38,000–£45,000 (depending on qualifications)
*Realistic OTE of £8,000–£15,000+
*1 in 4 Saturdays paid at overtime rate
*Ongoing training & manufacturer accreditation
*Clear pathway into Diagnostic/Master Tech roles
What we’re looking for:
*Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
*Diagnostic experience highly desirable (or keen to progress into it)
*Strong work ethic and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
