About the Role
Lighting of London is seeking a motivated and personable Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing, supporting and developing existing client accounts while using your initiative to discover and obtain new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in representing our brand, showcasing our products, and delivering excellent service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Manage day-to-day account activity, responding to client needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
*Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
*Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
*Demonstrate and promote Lighting of London’s products to both existing and prospective clients.
*Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
*Work closely with the whole Lighting of London team to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client service at all stages.
*Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.


About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and eager to develop their career in account management and sales. The ideal candidate will:
*Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Have the confidence to build relationships with clients at all levels.
*Be proactive and able to identify opportunities independently.
*Show initiative and take ownership of their work.
*Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
*Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
*Be willing to travel for client visits and meetings.
*Preferably have experience working in sales / account management.
*Preferably have experience working in the lighting industry.
*Preferably have a valid UK driving licence, and own method of transport.
