Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Lighting Products
Sector: LED, Lighting, Induction Lighting, Electrical, Industrial, Commercial, Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, Lighting, End Users, Specification Sales Manager, Specification Manager, Specification, Senior Sales Manager, Local Authorities, Healthcare Trusts, M&E consultants, M&E contractors
Area to be covered: North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire, Wirral, Warrington
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 negotiable depending on experience + uncapped commission circa £14,000
Benefits: Tesla model 3 OR £9,000 car allowance & comprehensive benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Lighting Products will involve:
*Specification Sales Manager position promoting a high end manufactured range of lighting products
*All of your time will be spent selling to local authorities, healthcare trusts, M&E consultants and M&E contractors
*Will inherit a patch turning over circa £1.4m
*Average order values range from £10k-£50k, larger projects can be £1m+
*Targeting commercial projects such as: universities and hospitals
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Lighting Products with:
*Would consider someone working for an electrical wholesaler
*Would consider a specification sales professional selling building products
*Ideally sold to local authorities, healthcare trusts, M&E consultants and M&E contractors
*Willingness to learn
*Vibrate, energetic and full of life
*Highly organise, trustworthy and capable
