The Job You’ll Do;
*Handling inbound customer calls related to specific product enquiries
*Preparing tailored quotations based on customer requirements
*Communicating with customers about projects, lead times, delivery updates, and technical support
*Collaborating with the design team to cost and quote projects
*Processing and coding orders for handover to operations
*Maintaining strong customer relationships through aftercare support (returns, technical assistance, reorders, etc.)
*Working closely with the sales team to ensure lead times are met and deliveries are completed in full and on schedule
*Producing project take-offs by converting schematics into accurate, functional quotations
About You;
*Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred.
*In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
*Great interpersonal skills.
*Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*High attention to detail
