Description
We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online growth for a fast-paced FMCG food brand. This role is central to increasing brand visibility, driving product sales, and optimising performance across owned digital channels and key online grocery retailers.


You’ll play a critical role in strengthening our digital shelf presence, improving search performance, and building meaningful relationships with consumers through CRM and content-led journeys in a highly competitive grocery environment.


*Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
*Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website and social media channels.
*Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
*Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
*Identify and implement SEO and PPC strategies to improve online visibility.
*Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
*Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
*Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.
Profile
A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:
*Proven experience in digital marketing within FMCG, food, or consumer goods
*Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimisation
*Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing
*Familiarity with online grocery platforms and digital shelf optimisation
*Strong commercial mindset and understanding of shopper behaviour
*Confident using data and insights to drive performance
