A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join a modern, forward-thinking financial planning practice in Bristol. You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, providing essential administrative support to experienced Paraplanners and highly successful Financial Planners. The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality, personalised service to clients, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the advice process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing administrative support across the financial planning process
*Managing annual reviews and preparing client documentation
*Processing change of address updates and maintaining accurate client records
*Handling general client servicing and administrative tasks
*Liaising with providers, platforms, and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression
About You:
*Previous experience within financial planning or the wider financial services sector
*Candidates from pensions, investments, platforms, or mortgage backgrounds will also be considered
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
*Confident communication skills and a client-focused mindset
