Job Description:
Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

High-growth recruitment firm specialising in SaaS and GTM sales hires across the UK and US. 30 consultants with annual revenue exceeding £5m, placing SDRs through to VP Sales with average fees of £15k to £25k.

Requirements:
• Graduate OR 6 to 18 months sales experience
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Motivated by earnings and progression
