Description
*Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
*Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and customers.
*Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and maintain excellent service levels.
*Oversee stock management to ensure the availability of essential medications.
*Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and adherence to safety protocols.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
*Implement strategies to grow the pharmacy’s business and enhance its reputation.
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
*Working Monday - Friday 9-6 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9-12
Profile
A successful Registered Pharmacist Manager should have:
*A degree in pharmacy and full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
*Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
*Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards in the retail industry.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
