What you’ll be doing
Take ownership of debtor accounts and drive timely, consistent payment collection
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, resolving payment queries with confidence and professionalism
Reconcile accounts and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management
Collaborate with the wider accounts team on ad hoc finance tasks - no two days are the same
What you’ll bring
Previous credit control or accounts experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
