Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant
Tunbridge Wells | Hybrid
£30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

You’ll take ownership of an established desk with live vacancies, long-standing client relationships, and access to a 50,000+ candidate database, giving you the tools to generate revenue from day one.

Your role at a senior level

*Strengthen and expand relationships with an existing client base

*Deliver high-quality placements across legal markets
*Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and video engagement
What you bring
*Proven success in recruitment with a strong billing track record
*Experience in legal or professional services recruitment (advantageous)
*Commercial awareness and confidence in client development
*A self-sufficient, results-driven mindset
*Full UK driving licence & own car
Earnings & incentives
*£30,000 – £35,000 basic
*Up to 30% uncapped commission
*Realistic £50,000–£60,000+ OTE in year one (fully transparent breakdown available)
*Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
The environment & team
You’ll be joining a successful and established Legal division, led by Emma Moss, Director of Legal, working alongside Rachel (Senior Consultant) and Isobel (Resourcer). This is a team known for its consistency, collaboration, and results—where success is shared and momentum is maintained.
*Hybrid working – WFH every Friday from day one, plus Wednesday post-probation
*Option of a 9-day fortnight
*Structured induction and continuous professional development (internal & external)
