About the role - Behaviour mentor
I am working a secondary school in Barking & Dagenham who are looking for a behaviour mentor to join them immediately. The school are looking for someone with 1:1 experience who can work with students aged 11 to 16 who have challenging behaviour. The successful behaviour mentor will need to deescalate outbursts of disruption, provide the student with guidance to gain better communication skills and also work towards a positive relationship built on trust.
