The roleAs a Semi-Senior, you’ll get proper hands-on experience across:
*Audit and accounts work for SMEs and owner-managed businesses

*Assisting on audits from planning through to completion

*Accounts preparation and exposure to year-end processes

*Direct interaction with clients early on

*Potential exposure to valuations work, depending on workload and interest

It’s a broad role designed to make you a well-rounded accountant, not a narrow specialist too early.
