Our client is a leading national law firm renowned for its excellence in client care, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary. In this role, you will be working within the Private Client department of a prestigious law firm, located in their Brighton office. You’ll also have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
The Private Client team handles various areas, including:
*Will Drafting
*Probate/Estate Administration
*Tax Advice
*Setup and Administration of Trusts
*Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection/Deputyship
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the processes and procedures associated with the Private Client department and will be able to contribute from day one. This role involves assisting fee earners in their daily tasks by providing efficient secretarial and administrative support within the Private Client department.
Requirements:
*At least 6 months of experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary
*Strong secretarial and administrative skills
*Ability to produce work to a high standard
*Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent typing and IT skills
