Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30
Salary: Competitive
A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their London office based in an iconic landmark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and professional front-of-house individual who thrives in a client-facing role.
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a 5-star reception service and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment at all times. Responsibilities include managing meeting rooms, coordinating room setups, supporting events, handling calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.
About You:
*Previous experience in a reception, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
*Confident, well presented, and customer-focused
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Professional communication skills and a calm, proactive approach
