Test manager
£700 per day - umbrella
6 month initial contract
London/Bournemouth - Hybrid
The Test Manager will work closely alongside the Head of QA to lead and deliver testing activity across regulatory / compliance/ change programmes within the business. The role is accountable for ensuring that all regulatory-driven changes are tested effectively, meet business and regulatory expectations, and are delivered with controlled risk.
*Proven experience as a Test Manager delivering within insurance or financial services.
*Strong experience testing regulatory or compliance-driven programmes.
*Solid understanding of insurance systems, processes, and data flows.
*Experience managing and coordinating third-party or offshore testing suppliers.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with Compliance and senior leaders.
*Strong knowledge of structured test methodologies and test governance.
*Ability to assess risk and provide clear, pragmatic assurance.
