A leading and expanding Exeter law firm is actively recruiting a Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Partner-level Lawyer to join its growing corporate team. This is a newly prioritised strategic hire, offering genuine progression, high-quality work and a clear route into senior leadership.

The Opportunity
This is a growth-focused hire, not a replacement role. You’ll join an established Corporate & Commercial team with a strong pipeline of work across Devon and the South West, advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth-stage companies.
Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law
*Mergers and acquisitions
*Business and share sales and acquisitions
*Corporate restructuring and governance
*Commercial contracts and trading agreements
*Shareholder and investment agreements
*Strategic business advisory work


You will also:
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
*Help shape the direction of the corporate department
Your Profile
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
*Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
*Typically 3+ PQE+ (Senior Associates and Partners encouraged)
*No portable client following required
*Looking for progression and a long-term platform
