Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (flexible working hours to meet business needs) Weekends maybe included
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: [Permanent / Part-time – amend as required]
About the Role
All Care is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing general administrative support to the office team
*Managing emails and handling correspondence professionally
*Using spreadsheets to input, update, and maintain accurate data
*Supporting scheduling, records, and document management
*Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
*Previous office administration experience
*Confident use of email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
*Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
Desirable (Preferred)
*Experience using Access/ATS systems (training can be provided)
Additional Information
*Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business
*Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement
