Graduate Financial Services Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
*Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors in person and handling enquiries via phone and email
*Preparing documents, letters, and general correspondence
*Handling incoming and outgoing post
*Supporting internal processes, including reviewing and improving policies and procedures
*Assisting across the office with ad hoc administrative support as needed
Key Requirements:
*A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
*A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
*A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
