Extra Care Registered Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Extra Care Manager to lead our Extra Care service at Corbetts Wat in Thame. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage the day-to-day operation of the Extra Care service
*Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team
*Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
*Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
*Monitor care quality, staffing, and service delivery
*Participate in on-call duties, shared across sites
*Requires CQC Registration
About You
*Experience in a care management role (Extra Care, Supported Living, or similar)
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Excellent communication and decision-making ability
*Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards within health and social care
*A professional, caring, and values-driven approach
Schedule
*Monday to Friday
*Overtime available
*On-call duties (shared across sites)
