My client is a global investment management firm built at the intersection of financial theory and practical application. We strive to deliver superior, long-term results for our clients by looking past market noise to identify and isolate what matters most, and by developing ideas that stand up to rigorous testing. Our focus on practical insights and analysis has made us leaders in alternative and traditional strategies since 1998.
The Team
Operations play a critical role across the business, responsible for supporting trading activity, mitigating operational risk, and partnering with technology to build scalable, efficient processes. The team works closely with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to support new and existing business across global fund structures.
Your Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Analyst to join the Client Services team supporting their International Lux Fund platform. This role sits at the centre of fund operations, client servicing, and business development support, with increasing exposure to complex fund flows, data management, and external stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient account onboarding, accurate and timely flow processing, high-quality data dissemination, and responsive client service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Flow Handling & Oversight
*Support daily oversight of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers across the Lux platform
*Manage increasingly complex flow activity, including rebate processing and fee changes
*Ensure timely and accurate communication of flows to internal stakeholders, including Portfolio Implementation and Management teams.
*Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with flow processing, while contributing to process improvements and scalability
*Co-ordinate flow mapping / approval process daily
Client Query Management
*Act as a key point of contact for client servicing queries, working closely with Business Development and, where appropriate, directly with clients
*Coordinate responses to a high volume of ad-hoc operational and product-related queries
*Investigate and resolve issues across their operational infrastructure in a timely and professional manner
Account Set-Up & Onboarding Support
*Support the onboarding of new investor accounts across the Lux fund range, coordinating documentation between Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and the funds Transfer Agent.
*Assist in the setup of complex account structures and ensure accurate system capture and downstream readiness
*Partner with internal onboarding teams to facilitate efficient launches of new mandates and share classes, as well as fund liquidations / re-structures
Data Management & Distribution
*Support the management and delivery of fund data to wealth platforms and institutional clients, including bespoke data requests
*Oversee the quality, completeness, and timeliness of data provided to third-party data aggregators (e.g., Morningstar, FundInfo, FundsLibrary, Refinitiv, etc.)
*Work with Business Development to ensure external data supports distribution and marketing efforts
*Partner with Engineering and internal data teams to improve automation and data governance frameworks
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
*Provide operational support to external stakeholders, including administrators, custodians, and auditors
*Collaborate with Portfolio Implementation / Management to ensure accurate translation of flows into portfolio actions
*Work with Engineering to enhance systems supporting client servicing, cash flow processing, and data management
*Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at improving scalability and efficiency across the platform
What You’ll Bring
*Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
*1–3 years of experience in asset management, fund operations, or client servicing (Lux/UCITS experience a plus)
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Analytical mindset with an interest in improving processes and data quality
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools or platforms is advantageous
Additional Characteristics
*High level of ownership and accountability
*Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
*Interest in fund structures, client servicing, and operational workflows
*Comfort working with increasing complexity in flows, data, and client demands
