Job Description:
My client, a highly regarded and growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced National Paraplanning Manager to lead and develop its paraplanning function across multiple regional teams.
This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future structure, performance, and standards of paraplanning within a successful and forward-thinking business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the paraplanning team delivers high-quality, technically robust, and efficient support to advisers across the firm.
The Opportunity
Responsibilities will include:
*Leading and supporting regional paraplanning teams and team leaders
*Managing capacity, workflow, service levels, and turnaround times
*Overseeing technical quality, consistency, and regulatory standards
*Acting as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk cases
*Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
*Developing KPIs, MI reporting, and performance insight
*Coaching, mentoring, and developing paraplanning staff
*Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
Requirements
*Extensive paraplanning experience within wealth management
*Minimum 5 years’ management experience
*Strong technical financial planning knowledge
*Experience leading multi-site or remote teams
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
*Level 4 Diploma- essential
*Chartered status desirable
