Job Description:
Do you enjoy improving CRM systems so teams can work more efficiently? Are you confident managing data quality, supporting users and driving system improvements?

We’re recruiting a CRM Officer to join a respected membership organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM management, data integrity, user support and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage and triage a CRM ticketing system
*Maintain data quality through cleansing and de-duplication
*Liaise with external technical suppliers
*Deliver CRM training to staff
*Create reports, dashboards and insights
*Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation
*Support GDPR-aligned CRM governance

About You

*Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
*Advanced Excel
*Understanding of GDPR
*Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
