This is an ideal role for a motivated estate agent looking to progress their career within residential property sales, working in a fast-paced, high-performing office with strong earning potential and excellent stock levels.
Key Responsibilities (Estate Agency / Property Sales)*Registering applicants and matching buyers to properties
*Conducting property viewings across Surrey
*Negotiating offers and agreeing property sales
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Building relationships with buyers and vendors
*Generating new business opportunities and valuations
*Supporting branch targets and overall performance
Requirements*Experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
*Proven track record in property sales
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven and sales-focused mindset
*Excellent customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence
