Job Description:
Job Title: Handyman
Location: Warrington (New Build Site)
Rate: £21.00 per hour
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Handyman to join our finishing team on a premier new-build residential development in Warrington. With the project entering its final phases, your primary focus will be snagging and defect resolution to ensure every home meets our "move-in ready" gold standard.
Requirements
*Experience: Proven track record in snagging or "making good" on new-build properties.
*Tools: Must have your own comprehensive set of hand and power tools.
*CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.
*Eye for Detail: You must be able to spot and fix the small imperfections that others miss.
*Professionalism: You will be working in and around nearly-finished homes; a tidy and respectful work ethic is a must.
