Key Responsibilities*Managing and delivering a portfolio of audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
*Reviewing work prepared by junior and semi-senior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for a varied client base
*Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
*Contributing to the training and development of junior staff members
*Liaising with partners and senior management on client matters and practice development
*Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Identifying opportunities to add value and provide advisory input to clients
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience at Manager level or approaching Manager level within an audit and accounts function
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standards
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
*Demonstrated experience in reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members
*Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
*A proactive and commercially minded approach to client service
