Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:


* Advising clients on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring
* Working on large, complex corporate deals across multiple sectors
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
* Providing commercially focused legal advice to a varied client base
* Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Profile
The Corporate Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with around 6 to 10 years PQE in corporate law
* Experienced in M&A and corporate transactional work
* Skilled in managing complex deals and client relationships
* Commercially minded with strong technical expertise
* Ties to Leeds
** A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £85,000 to £110,000 per annum.
