Description
*Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
*Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
*Maintain accurate records and update the accounting system regularly.
*Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
*Respond to supplier queries and build positive relationships with vendors.
*Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
*Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:
*Experience working within an accounts payable or similar finance role.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
