Management Accountant responsibilities:
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
*Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
*Collaborate with department heads to track financial performance against budgets
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
*Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors as required

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
