Working hours for the Lettings Manager:
*A 5-day working week that offers flexibility and some Saturdays.
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
*Strong basic salary between £28,000 - £29,000
*Realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 - £45,000
*Car allowance of £2,500 or a company car.

Responsibilities for the role of the Letting Manager:
*You’ll take full responsibility for the success of your branch, leading your team, managing performance and driving commercial results
*Provide clear direction, support and motivation to help your team achieve targets and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
*Secure new listings, offer informed advice to landlords and ensure tenants receive a first-class experience.
*Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and position yourself as the leading local property specialist.
Lettings Manager Requirements:
*Proven lettings experience with a strong ability to build lasting relationships
*Driven, self-motivated and confident working in a fast-paced environment
