Room Leader – Pre-School Room (3–5 Years)

Blossom Lodge Day Nursery recruiting via Reed Education Cheltenham
Full Time – 4.5 days per week
Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead our Pre-School Room (ages 3–5). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, friendly, and supportive nursery, where children and staff alike are encouraged to flourish.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team, supported by a committed Senior Leadership Team who are passionate about continual professional development and delivering outstanding early years care.
The Role
As Room Leader, you will:
*Lead and supervise a small team of early years practitioners
*Work closely with the Nursery Manager on the day-to-day running of the room
*Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Deliver high-quality EYFS practice to maximise children’s learning and development
*Support staff development and ensure best practice is consistently maintained
*Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
About You
You will be:
*An experienced early years professional with leadership or room-based experience
*Passionate about early childhood development and school readiness
*Confident managing staff and leading by example
*Organised, caring, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
*A strong communicator and team player
