Ad Hoc Supply Learning Support Assistant (Primary Schools)
Location: Liss / Farnham / Farnborough / Aldershot / Guildford
Role Type: Ad Hoc / Supply / Flexible
Start Date: Ongoing
Academics are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad hoc supply basis in primary schools across the listed locations.
The Role:
You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, working alongside class teachers to help children access learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, including pupils with SEND or additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting pupils in the classroom
*Providing 1:1 or small group support
*Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
*Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience working with children (school experience desirable)
*Patient, flexible, and nurturing
*Able to travel across the area
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
