Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 TLR (for Head of Statistics responsibility)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-5
*Lead the development of Statistics within the department (KS4 & KS5)
*Work closely with the Head of Maths to support teaching, learning, and assessment
*Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of schemes of work
*Monitor and track student progress using data to drive improvement
*Support and develop colleagues, sharing best practice across the department
*Contribute to departmental leadership, including behaviour management and daily operations
*Participate in the wider school community and enrichment activities
Key Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, with a particular strength in Statistics
*Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS4/KS5 desirable)
*Ability to lead or contribute to curriculum development
*Proven ability (or clear potential) to raise student attainment
*Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
*A collaborative and proactive approach to team working
