RoRo Freight Sales Executive - £35,000 + Bonus - Southampton, Hampshire (Hybrid)
Full-Time | Permanent | UK Freight Forwarder

We’re recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to join a well-established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo, and global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities*Manage and develop key customer relationships
*Identify and win new business opportunities
*Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo and OOG shipments
*Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
*Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
*Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle
*This is a commercial, client-facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in RoRo freight forwarding (essential)
*Strong background in sales and account management
*Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
*Solid understanding of import/export and shipping processes
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*Commercially driven with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
