Internal Account Support Team Leader - £35,000 + Bonus - Poole, Dorset
Full-Time | Permanent | Leadership OpportunityWe’re recruiting for an Internal Account Support Team Leader in Poole, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll shape team performance, improve processes, and play a key role in delivering a consistently high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:
*Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Account Support team
*Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
*Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and processes
*Oversee escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
*Manage workload across the team to maintain service levels
*Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams
*Support order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling
*This is a "lead from the front" role, combining people management with operational involvement.
What we’re looking for:To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and operational experience:
*Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
*Strong background in customer service, account support, or internal sales
*Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
*Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt
*Experience using CRM/ERP systems (advantageous)
