The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while building long-term relationships across the life sciences sector.
*Building trusted relationships with biotech and pharma clients
*Managing end-to-end recruitment, from first conversation to placement
*Growing strong candidate networks across the Life Sciences industry
*Working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team
What we’re looking for:
*Right to work in the UK (we don’t currently offer sponsorship)
*At least 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant
*Able to commute to Horsham and happy to work in the office part of the week
*A positive, commercial mindset with the drive to grow your desk
*Comfortable using CRMs and sourcing tools
