Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Generation & Telesales)
Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, telesales activity, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by performance-based results.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods
*Conduct high-volume telesales activity to engage potential customers and present products or services
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion
*Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
*Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
*Accurately record interactions and manage customer data within CRM systems
*Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support lead generation campaigns
*Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product offerings
Requirements
*Proven experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (or strong willingness to learn)
*Excellent communication and persuasion skills, particularly over the phone
*Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
*Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
